Welcome to Habitat Feedback Partner (the "App"), operated by Arthur Goldberg ("Operator"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the App by staff members of partnered restaurants. By accessing or using the App, you agree to comply with these Terms.
The App is intended for use by staff members of partnered restaurants only. Access and accounts are managed by the restaurant's designated manager or administrator. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you are authorized by your restaurant to access and use the App.
Restaurant managers are responsible for creating and managing staff accounts. You agree to provide accurate information when creating an account and to maintain the confidentiality of any credentials assigned to you. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
The App allows staff to view customer feedback, interact with it, and generate QR codes that customers can scan to receive reward points. You agree to use the App only for its intended purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
All content, features, and functionality of the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the exclusive property of the Operator or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App without prior written consent.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Operator disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. The Operator is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
The Operator reserves the right to modify or discontinue the App at any time without prior notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
The Operator may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your rights to access and use the App will immediately cease.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the United States.
